Position:  SERVER

Responsibilities:   Greet and serve guests in a timely and efficient manner.    Must be professional in both attitude and appearance, and be knowledgeable about restaurant, bar and menus.

Minimum Qualifications:    Must be professional in both attitude and appearance, and be guest focused.   Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Position:  SOUS CHEF

Responsibilities:  Assist Executive Chef with day-to-day operations of the Kitchen.  Expedite food as needed. Assist with all areas of the kitchen as needed.  Supervise all kitchen associates and provide leadership and direction.

Minimum Qualifications:    Previous culinary experience
